What do I need in order to buy from B and H?
B and H sells wholesale only. Please contact the sales department for a new customer information packet. Please fill out our new customer application and return to our accounting department. If your company is within the state of California, you will need to provide a copy of your current Resale Certificate. Please allow at least one day get your new account set up.
What is your credit/return policy?
If there is a problem with your order, please notify your salesperson within 24 of delivery.
Where can I get my tracking number from my order that has already shipped?
You can find tracking numbers (and airbill numbers) on your invoice. If a copy is needed please contact accounts receivable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Depending on the payment terms established by the accounting department when your account was opened, we accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you offer tours?
We do offer tours for special organizations and visiting customers. Please call ahead for details.
What are you hours?
We are open from 6:30am-4 pm PST.
Do you ship mixed boxes?
Some items are prepacked, while others are available loose. Please ask your sales representative for details.
Do you grow all your own product?
We grow all our own gerbera, minigerbera, lilies, iris, tulips, zantadescia, dahlia, hydrangea, and hyacinths , all of which are Veriflora certified. We also offer a wide array of filler, greens, and field flowers brought in from other wonderful California growers.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $100.
